About Us

Eastwork Employment is a not for profit incorporated association that helps people with disabilities to realise and achieve their vocational goals. We have been running our innovative disability programs in the Inner East, South and South-eastern suburbs of Melbourne since 1991.

Formed in 1991 as a specialist Disability Employment Provider, and now funded by the Department of Education Employment and Workplace Relations. Eastwork has since expanded to include a Pre-vocational program (Future Links) funded by the Victorian Department of Human Services in 2002 and in 2007 an Adult Council of Further Education (ACFE) provider.

Eastwork is governed by a Committee of Management made up of volunteers from the community. We currently have members from the areas of business, disability, accounting and our client group on the committee. Eastwork is situated across 5 sites in Camberwell, Frankston, Oakleigh, Cranbourne and our head office in Cheltenham.
