Future Links

Future Links is an intiative that provides focused and targeted support for up to three years, to school leavers who have a disability and Future for Young Adults (FFYA) funding.  The objective is to get participants independent and job ready, transitioning them into employment and adult life.  The aim of Eastwork is to provide participants with skills that will enable them to locate and secure employment that is sustainable and fulfilling.  Eastwork will facilitate planning for the future so that participants have the best opportunity of realising their goals and making a smooth transition into adult life.

It is our belief that the Future Links program is an inclusive educational/training program that provides a variety of learning options, is creative, engaging and flexible for young people with a disability.  The learning experience at Future Links is enriched by the diverse employment backgrounds and qualifications of our staff.  All staff have experience in working with people with a disability.

The main areas of our program involve both in-house training and industry site training.  Click on these links to learn more.
