Industry Training is conducted in open employment settings. It involves a small group of participants going into an industry site together with the total support of a qualified trainer. Participants are trained to work in various aspects of work at the site along with permanent staff. There is ongoing support during the day and participants would be able to ask questions, make mistakes without fear, be provided direction, learn, achieve and become confident within that field with total support and assistance.
