From March 4 Eastwork will be offerring outreach services in Cranbourne. Every Thursday we will be available for appointments at the Balla Balla Community Centre on 65 Berwick-Cranbourne Road, Cranbourne. Telephone our Cheltenham or Camberwell sites for an appointment. Youth 21 Program

Put your hand up today to join our Youth 21 Program delivered over 21 weeks requiring a commitment of 21 hours per week.

The program Youth 21 has a strong focus on self awareness/expression and community engagement through community work placement and multimedia based community projects.

To participate in the Youth Pathways Program you need to have not completed a Year 12 or equivalent qualification and be aged 16 - 19 years of age as at 1st January 2009.

If you are the right age and are looking for an alternative pathway from school to work then this program is for you.

Certificate I in Information Technology ICA10105

Certificate II in General Education for Adults 21773VIC

The June Succeeding At Work (SAW) Program is open for enrolments. What students had to say about our April program:

Job Club

Job Club has commenced at Camberwell.

Job Club is now held every week at the new premises in Camberwell. Clients are assisted to access computers, update resumes, job search and apply for jobs. For further information please speak to your Employment Consultant.

Get Your Learners Permit!

Drivers Permit classes are beginning again in March. Get assistance to get your L Plates! Classes provide you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to get your L's. The course includes supported attendance for license testing at VicRoads on completion of the program. Download a brochure here.

Camberwell Office

Eastwork has acquired new premises in Camberwell.

The new premises will primarily benefit clients from the Glen Iris office and provide access for clients in the Inner East of Melbourne. The site will boast an expanded job club area and addtional training rooms in 2009. Public transport access is via tram or train, further details will be available soon.
