Workplace Skills Assessment
At Eastwork we receive referrals from all types of people who come from different backgrounds, nationalities and have varying disabilities, skills, qualifications and experiences. Eastwork has recognised the need to gather valuable pre-employment information about our potential new clients, so we can best meet their needs for future employment. We collect this information through a Workplaces Skills Assessment conducted by an Eastwork Employment Consultant in the client's chosen profession.
Seeing the client under everyday stresses and pressures of a job enables us to assess the client in areas such as:

teness and physical being - Support level required etc.
Knowing the clients abilities and strengths enables us to best match the client to the most suitable job for them and also gives employers added confidence in the job match.
