Traineeships
Traineeships are available in most industries and can take from 6-24 months on average to complete. The training is generally conducted on the job site and is monitored by an assessor from a Registered Training Organisation. It is a great way to combine work and study and to receive a Nationally Accredited Qualification.
One of the benefits of completing a Traineeship is that you demonstrate to a prospective employer that you have a practical understanding of the requirements of the role. In some industries it is imperative to have a qualification in order to work. For example, After School Care and Personal Care Attendant.
